Peking University Alumni Association of Southern California, Chiao Tong
University Alumni Association of Southern California, and Tsinghua University
Alumni Association of Southern California will hold a grand dance and karaoke
party on March 27, 2004 in Monterey Park. Everyone (Alumni & non-Alumni) is
welcome to join the party. This will be a great social event dedicated to all
Chinese Students, Scholars and Professionals. We sincerely wish all of you a
great time with your friends or loved ones on this special day.
Highlights of this event:
Dance Workshop (Taught by dance competition award winner: Yang Hong):

Ballroom dance: 8:00PM-midnight
Chinese song performance by professionals
Professional DJ/Sound/Lighting

Karaoke singing competition voted by audiences for the pure sake of FUN
Due to time constraint, we will have 6 contestants participating in the
competition. Please register at yuanmeima@hotmail.com or 626-641-6810 as
soon as possible. Participation will be on first come first serve basis.
Contestants are encouraged to select songs that can be played for dance.
You can either bring your own CD, or let us know which song you wish to
sing and we will prepare the music for you.
Every contestant will receive a gift, and a grand prize will be awarded
to the best singer selected by the audience.
Ladies, we have arranged a deposit center for your handbags.
Time: March 27 (Saturday), 7:00PM-midnight
Location: Langley Senior Center, 400 W. Emerson, Monterey Park, CA, 91754
Fee: $5 for student with a valid ID
$10 for others
