of CSSA-UCLA for the last few years. It has a lot of

prestige in the southern Californian Chinese

community. Normally dancing parties are held twice

时 间：2004年7月13－20日

地 点：主会场设在沈阳市，长春市、哈尔滨市设分会场。

邀请客人：约300人，其中有专业技术成果、有回国创业意愿和能力的华侨华人专业人士

150名；对参与东北老工业基地的调整和改造有兴趣、对企业科技创新、产业转型有愿望的华商150名。

活动内容：应邀客人7月13日入境，分3个团组赴辽宁、吉林、黑龙江省进行前期考察、洽谈，开展项目对

接。7月17日汇聚沈阳市，出席“第二届华商企业科技创新合作交流会”。

报名条件：博士毕业3年以上，硕士毕业5年以上，携带至少一项以上拥有自主知识产权的实用项目或能代

表海外大企业寻求国内合作伙伴的项目。会议组委会根据个人简历、项目的可行性分析报告遴选出席会议

的专业人士后发出正式邀请。

参会费用：应邀与会人士会议期间公费接待，并可获一定数额的旅费补贴。
