Dear alumni,

A high level delegation from Heilongjiang Province will visit Los Angeles on

December 7, 2001. The delegation would like to discuss ideas and projects for

overseas Chinese to contribute to the development of the province. A dinner

will be served for those interested at 7 PM that night in Temple City.
