Peking University Alumni Association of Southern California will organize an immigration seminar on immigration new procedures and immigration issues that you must know for the benefit of Chinese students, scholars, company employees, and new-comers.

The seminar will be hosted by Alice H. Sun, an Alumni Support Director of PUAASC. Alice H. Sun is a licensed attorney with Law Offices of Sun Associated with Shaub & Williams at 12121 Wilshire Blvd. Ste. 600, Los Angeles, CA 90025, email: alicesun@earthlink.net.) She has ten years experience in immigration law practice.

There will be an one-hour detailed introduction of the latest immigration law issues and an one hour questions and answers session. The introduction will be in Chinese language. The Q&A section is at free choice of the audience in either English or Chinese language.

The immigration issues to be addressed include the following:

2. Can you still apply for EB2 National Interest Waiver when working with private companies?

IV. How can you chose an attorney to help you in your immigration matters?
