Your vote is very important. It shows your support for the next Board of
Directors and your care for the well being of our Association.
Please make an effort to attend the election meeting on Jan. 12, Saturday. If
you cannot attend the meeting, please fill the Ballot and email it back to
election@pku.org by noon of Jan. 12, Saturday.

Ballot for the Election of the Directors
Guideline:
The Board of Directors will make strategic decision and long term policy
for the Peking University Alumni Association of Southern California. There are
11 director position in the Board. We have ten candidates for election. The
eleventh seat is reserved for a representative of Alumni Association of Beijing
Medical University. Since Beijing Medical University has become the Medical
School of Peking University, we foresee a close tie and possible merger between
the two alumni associations. With a director in our board, we can work closely
with the Alumni Association of Beijing Medical University in the future.
If you vote against certain candidates, you may write in additional
candidates you prefer. However, you may not vote more than 11 candidates.
The background of the ten candidates are in a separate email. Please
review it carefully before casting your vote.
