Dear Friends,

The Chinese-American Engineers and Scientists Association of Southern

California (CESASC) is one of the largest and most established

Chinese-American professional organizations in Southern California. CESASC has

been dedicated to promoting the interests, aspirations and professional

excellence of Chinese-American Engineers and Scientists, and to

providing assistance to younger generations' educational pursuit.

Each year, CESASC offers several merit based and merit/financial need

based scholarships for outstanding undergraduate and graduate students.

Application deadline for the 2006 scholarships is December 31, 2005.

Please encourage all undergraduate and graduate students you know to
