Program Manager(s) – with ME or EE degree

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years working experience as Program or Project Manager

• 3+ years experience in OEM/ODM PC or consumer electronics business

• Experience and knowledge on KVM or storage products

• Familiar with EMI/ESD

• Strong track records in customer interfacing

• Experience in driving and delivering multiple releases for cross-functional team like Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing etc.

• Familiar with China manufacturing process

• Proven track records in delivering projects on schedule

• Familiar with Bill of Material, able to do cost control

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must

Senior Mechanical Engineer

• 7 years of product development experiences in Computer or Consumer Electronics field.

• Have managed the launch of end products (delivered whole systems, not just components).

• Strong desire to own/drive project development.

• Concrete experience and skills in customer face to face and phone interface

• Detailed knowledge of product development processes, including regulations, testing plan, and manufacturing process are required.

• Knowledge of the electro-mechanical interface, material and standard.

• BS or MS in ME or related is preferred.

• An engineer who’s moved into a project management position is ideal.

• Multi-national development experiences.

• Knowledge of the costing; development, negotiation and execution of a part and assembly cost strategy.

• Cross-functional support: Industrial design, product development and operations teams

• Bilingual is a must (Mandarin).

Senior Electrical Engineer

• 5+ years experience in multi-layer PCB layout design with BGA routing and fabrication technology.

• Knowledge of generating CAD & CAM packages as well as knowledge of manufacturability and testability requirements, component selection.

• Expert in the use of Cadence PCB, Or CAD or equivalent tools, AutoCAD is a plus.

• Experience with multi-layer, mixed material, flex, rigid-flex, and tight spacing constraints.

• Ability to supply full set of deliverables for PCB fab and assembly including bill of material.

• Knowledge of working with board houses buyers and vendors on components procurements for prototypes building.

• Experience in working on multiple projects independently.

• Ability to assemble/rework boards using hand soldering and knowledge of SMT soldering requirements.

• Familiarity with RoHS/ China RoHS and ISO9001 procedures.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational and time management skills, Mandarin is a plus.

Electrical Engineer

Retail Sales Manager

• 5 years sales experience in US retail consumer electronic industry

• Currently or in past 6 months is in US retail consumer electronic industry

• Very familiar with advertising cost, end cap cost and incentives program in retail

• Aggressive & Get-it-done Attitude

• Existing relationship with industry buyers is definitely an advantage

• Strong proven sales record

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• With good business sense and know the operations of a business

• Must be result-oriented and detail-oriented

Product Manager

• 5 years or more experience in marketing of electronic/PC products to North America or as a product manager for electronic/PC products

• Familiar with electronic/PC OEM/ODM channel and the market

• Good sense in figures and statistics

• Proficient in performing market research, data analysis of the industry and competitors

• Familiar with specs and able to create data sheet

• Design product packaging

• Experience in inventory control

• Electrical Engineering or other Engineering Degree is a plus

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is required

• Excellent customer interface skills
