Dear PKU Alumni,
We sincerely invite you and your family to come to the “Public Opera Stage in the USA- ‘Embrace China’ 2010 Chinese New Year Cultural Show†on February 26, 2010 (Friday) at Lunckman Theater of Californina State University, Los Angeles. The show will be performed by famous Tian Han ∙ Changjun Art Troupe from Hunan, China.
Approved by the Ministry of Culture of China and commissioned by Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Propaganda Department of Hunan Provincial Committee of CCP and Changsha Municipal Government, the 160-people troupe is lead by Ms Wei Wei, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Hunan Provincial Committee of CCP, and Mr. He Jihua, Deputy Mayor of Changsha Municipal Government.
The cultural show will be hosted by the Hunanese Association of Southern California and co-hosted by Peking University Alumni Association of Southern California. Hunan Satellite TV will come with the troupe to broadcast the show. Millions of people in China will be watching the show with us.
