Dear alumni,

Mr. Xiaofei Wang, who received his B.A degree from Beida history department,

Won USC CSSA presidential election on Oct. 20 for the 2002-2003 term. Xiaofei

did a fabulous job presenting his past achievement and future plans. He was

also very quick-witted in handling Q&As, and demonstrated superb integrity and

a good sense of humor. PUAASC sincerely congratulates Mr. Xiaofei Wang!
