Mr. Long Yongtu, Vice Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of

China will visit Los Angeles and give a keynote speech on China's entry into

WTO (Mr. Long Yongtu is also an adjunct professor of PKU's Guanghua School of

Management). Due to his itinerary change, the original speech plan has been
